The whole world's crushing down on me

My body is failing me.
2 Panadol-Extras didn't work.
Mum asked me to eat more Panadols.
She doesn't know how much it hurts.
Nausea, giddiness, blackouts.
Coupled with my grades going all the way downhill.

I am dying. X_X
How depressing.
